Our refund policy is fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

Is faulty or defective
Does not match the product description on our website
Is not fit for its intended purpose
Arrives damaged

These consumer guarantee rights apply regardless of any other policy and cannot be taken away.

30-Day Change of Mind Returns

We also offer a 30-day change of mind return policy because we want you to shop with complete confidence.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Item must be unused and in original condition

Item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Change of mind returns are NOT eligible for:

Items that have been used or opened

Items damaged by the customer

Items returned after 30 days

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will resolve this immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Items returned after 30 days
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items without proof of purchase

Important: Under Australian Consumer Law, we cannot refuse a refund on faulty items — even if they are on sale.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
