30-Day Change of Mind Returns

We also offer a 30-day change of mind return policy because we want you to shop with complete confidence.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:
Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Change of mind returns are NOT eligible for:
Items that have been used or opened
Items damaged by the customer
Items returned after 30 days

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will resolve this immediately.

How to Return an Item

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We will provide you with return instructions.

Step 5

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
