📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Deliveries to remote or regional areas of Australia may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe. Please allow up to 20 business days for remote locations.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. GiftDeal AU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@giftdealau.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided.
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days depending on availability.
